Having trouble choosing the perfect fabric? When deciding between our “Quick-Ship” colors you should know that if the color of the fabric chosen doesn’t work for your space, you have the ability to return the cushions to us and choose a second Quick Ship fabric without any additional cost.

Free Shipping

Here at Kenzi we offer fast and free delivery to all our customers. With our free shipping option, all orders will be palletized, wrapped and shipped via freight directly to your home. Customers will be responsible for disposal of all packaging materials including the pallet which the furniture arrives on.

Please note, when receiving your Kenzi shipment, should items appear to be damaged or altered in any way you may refuse them from delivery. Upon refusal, please contact or customer service team at (912) 661-4300 and we will ship out replacements for any items refused.

Returns & Exchange Policy

As a family owned and operated business, we know when shopping online you may not always get things right on the first try. That’s why we offer free returns and exchanges with no hidden fees. Please follow the guidelines below when planning a return or exchange.

Step 1 – Contact our customer service center at (912) 661-4300 and notify us which items you would like to return or exchange.

Step 2 – Take photos of any and all items you would be returning to ensure there is no damage prior to shipping.

Step 3 – Place all items in its original packaging and prepare for shipment.

Step 4 – Place the necessary return labels, which our customer service team will provide, on the shipment.
